The next step in the Puppy B.R.E.A.T.H. program, fostering continues to focus on providing experiences that enrich the puppy’s early development, encouraging concepts such as training, socialization, and exposure.

Prior to fostering, all foster parents must attend an orientation that will provide important information as well as expectations for the fostering process.

Supplies and Care
We will provide all supplies and veterinary care that the foster puppy will need while being fostered.

Canine Enrichment
Puppies will have the wonderful opportunity to attend enrichment at Doglando during the foster period.

Spay / Neuter
All puppies will be spayed/neutered. We will let you know the date that they will need to be brought to Doglando. On the day of the procedure, they will need to be brought to Doglando in the morning and picked up in the late afternoon. Specific times will be provided closer to that date. The Doglando Foundation will take them to their appointment and care for them until pick-up time.
